Free Planner Printables – Etsy Shop Management

If you, like me you run an Etsy shop, then you need to keep on top of your sales and orders to ensure you you keep your customers happy. Plus, you want to make sure you always have the right stock available. There are so many important things to track each day and it can be hard to keep on top of it all. What does the set include?

The set includes:

  • Order tracker - allows you to keep on top of who has ordered what and monitor when an item was made, packed and shipped
  • Yearly shop fees tracker - this helps you monitor your shop fees monthly and see just how much you have spent on Etsy fees throughout the year.
  • Profit tracker - do you know how much you make on each product?  Want to run a discount code?  Then it helps to know just how much profit you are making on each item so you can work out which products are your best products in terms of making you the most money.
  • Stock inventory - this planner printable allows you to monitor your ongoing stock levels for all the different items in your store, helping you to keep track of what you need to order and when.

Weekly To Do – 7 day and 5 day – Free Planner Printable

I cannot relax until I have everything recorded on my weekly to do list.  Plus my brain has a habit of forgetting things unless I have them written down.  However, I wanted to keep my day job and the rest of my life separate.  That is why I created two different weekly to do list planner printables.  One printable covers the whole 7 days of the week and I use this to track all of my activities and to do tasks outside of my 9-5 day job.  The other one covers the Monday to Friday day job planning and allows me to monitor all of my work activities in my planner.

12 Week Fitness Challenge – Week 1 Walking and Water with planner printables

Like me, I am guessing that you have also made a New Year’s Resolution to try and get healthier and fitter in 2017.  Now I think this has been my resolution for around the last 5 years, which is why I have set up this course.  If I am creating printables and have a whole group of people who are waiting to hear my progress, I know I can’t quit.  Plus I am hoping that together we can create a little community that helps to motivate and support each other and get us through the tough days.

I want us all to be able to look back in 12 weeks time and be proud of ourselves.  In order to see how far we have come, I have created the body measurements printables, which can be downloaded here.  You need to write all of your body measurements down and take a few pictures if you can bare it, so that in 12 short weeks, you can look back and be proud of how far you have come. I have also included my weekly weigh in printable so you can track the difference it is having on your weight too.  Every Sunday evening, I am going to post my weekly progress on the 9-5 Planner Facebook page and I would love to see how well you are doing too.

Week 1 Challenge - Water and Walking

This week's challenge is all about starting off gently. The target for this week is to manage 30 mins of walking a day.  That could be 3 ten minute walks or one long walk, but you need to hit 30 mins of walking every day this week.

Our bodies are 50-65% water.  We need water to help our body dissolve minerals and nutrients, making it easier for the body to utilise and it helps flush out toxins and waste products from our system.  The aim this week, is to drink around 8 glasses of water a day (equates to around 1.2 litres).

To help you with both these challenges, I have created a walking and water printable that can be used in your planner.  I look forward to seeing everyone's completed sheets at the end of the week!

Weekly Wellness and Medication Reminder Planner Printables

I know that a lot of people use a planner as they have only got a certain amount of energy to give before health issues get in the way and they need to know what to prioritise.  I have many friends who, like me, are 'spoonies' (the term comes from a simple way of explaining a chronic illness as explained here).  I have friends with ME, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Lupus and many more, and it can be exhausting doing the simplest of tasks.  In order to help people monitor and track their conditions, I created my chronic conditioning planner inserts.  They are in A5 format at the moment, but the template can be adapted to fit in loads of planners.  I wish I could wave a magic wand and cure all these horrible illnesses, but unfortunately I am only able to send out virtual gentle hugs.  I hope you find these inserts useful.
